Admin and Contracts module not loading, please help

Hi, please help as this has become extremely frustrating. I was tweaking with the label display names in the Contracts module. All of a sudden the SuiteCRM stopped responding and said “failed to retrieve data”. Now when I clicked the “Contracts” module, I received an error message that said “There was an error processing your request, please try again at a later time.”

Next I clicked the “Admin” module as the administrator, but the module will not load at all. It is a complete blank page. Please see screen shot. Can someone please help me??? I spent weeks on modifying the CRM and would hate to see this no longer functional.

Hi Lin,

If you are making constant modifications to your CRM, we would recommend regular backups to prevent loss of data. In regards your issue, what permissions are set on your SuiteCRM instance? What is your Server/MySQL/PHP setup?
