Adding scanned document directly to SuiteCrm

Hello is there a way to add scan of document directly to SuiteCrm?

Currently we manually add scan of paper orders to TASK under notes or documents tab. Is there any way to send it directly from scanner?

There is no direct way but can be developed.

  1. Choose a folder where your files will be stored at server.
  2. Need to create a backend job who is watching this folder
  3. Once a new file is reached at this folder , CRM will pull it and attach it with a record of your choice.

Right now I have to figure it out how to directly upload files from my scanner. I have Kodak Scanmate i1150…
