adding notes

Hi,
Where do you go in suite crm to add notes? A client wants to be able to add notes to different accounts that are in the system that gives clients updates on the process of their cases.

When you are in an Account’s Detail view, you have a subpanel called History. There you will find a button called “Add note or attachment”.

You could also do it from the side of the Notes module (create a new note, link it to an existing account) but I guess the first method is more practical.
