We recently switched over to SuiteCRM. Although overall happy with the system, we have one specific question we cannot figure out and we’re hoping that someone here can.
In our previous CRM system it was possible to add multiple values into a single condition for a report/query. The multiple values were comma separated, and did have a limit on the amount of characters, but we didn’t have to add a new condition line for each value. In our current Suite CRM set up however, we do have to add a new condition for each value. Does anyone know of a way around this?
