Adding more line items in quotes module

the number of line items i can add is maximum of 45 ?
when i added 46th line item it becomes a new group and starts from 1 and does not get called in pdf templates.

how can i solve this issue ?

Hi everybody, some time ago I customized quote module to add more product discount levels (line_items). However, Only now we realized that, by entering more than 26 products, the twenty-seventh is not saved.
