How can we add campaigns to a contact ? If I go on the contact page, there is a subpanel for campaigns but no button to add campaigns and even if we see in the contacts details that he has been created through a campaign, this same campaign doesn’t show up in the subpanel for campaigns. Then what’s the point of this campaign subpanel if it’s always empty anyway ?
The mail purpose would be to know if a contact has participated to multiple campaigns.

I can’t go and check right now, but if I remember this correctly, the relationship is established as follows:
-
add contact to target list
-
make that target list a part of a campaign
(- maybe you also have to send out the campaign)
- the campaign should now appear in the subpanel in the Contact’s detail view
