Hello, this may or may not be simple, but I’m looking to add our SuiteCRM outgoing mail email address as a user selectable Send As option when sending an email to a lead.
I have our Customer Service mailbox set up via SMTP in the SuiteCRM Email Settings, and each user has their own personal mailbox set up under user settings. Currently when sending an email, the user only sees their personal email as a Send As option.
Is there a way to configure Suite so that a user can select either their personal email or the Customer Service email when sending an email to a lead/customer?
