how to add a new user and assign him a password in suite crm?

Hi there,

You can do this in 2 ways. As standard, SuiteCRM will send a password to the email address of the user which is set up(given you have set up email credentials). If you want to manually assign the user a password, navigate to Admin -> Password Management and uncheck ‘Enable System Generated Passwords Feature’. Then, when you create a user in Admin -> User Management, there will be a ‘Password’ tab, where you can enter the users password.
