Upgrade to 8.4.2.
If that doesn’t help, explain better what you want, and what you get, in your SuiteCRM.
Hello @pgr , I’ve checked here, and apparently when we apply the translation package to the Portuguese language, it loses this action in the Bulk action. The image below shows how our bulk action currently looks. Even after removing the translation, it still doesn’t have the option. Where should I report this bug? Let’s stick with the English version.
Do you see any JavaScript errors in your browser’s developer console, when that page loads?
Hello @pgr I’m using the English version and I changed the label names, but the option disappeared anyway. I’ll send screenshots of what happened.
Try running all the Javascript repairs from Admin / Repairs

i’ve tried to do this, i used all the repair option but without success, is there any other option that i could use? Is there someway to fix in some suiteCRM file?
Hello @pgr , the option reappeared; I just needed to reset the module layout. However, when I add a new field for viewing, it disappears again. So, it wasn’t the translation as I mentioned earlier; it was fields added to the layout. Do you know what could be causing this?

You would have to find out the contents of the files getting created in custom dir when you do those changes in the UI. That might give us some clues.
