Add To Target List does not populate the list

Created a new report in Contacts module to list some of our contacts. Report looks okay, produces a list of expected people.

From the drop-down we choose ‘Add To Target List’ to create a Target List from the report. On the popup form, choosing either a newly-created or an existing Target List has the same effect, the popup form just closes and nothing has been done to the Target List, it is still empty. No error message, nothing. Suitecrm.log file shows no messages about this.

Any ideas please? This is a fairly fundamental step that we just cannot get past!

We are experiencing the exact same issue, our report of 1600 contacts is not populating any target list when we click “Add to target list”.

No error messages in the log either, without this working we cannot send out mailshots using SuiteCRM

I’ve been having the same problem.
I’ve got a report with 5000 contacts and only 2000 would have been added to the target list, so not all contacts have been added, that are in the report.
Apparently the script uses a lot of memory.

I’ve increase the memory_limit to 999MB and the execution time to 300 in my php.ini file and now all contacts have been added to the target list. :slight_smile:
