we can link notes to an account but the notes subpanel is not present when an account is displayed. How can i add it ?

Notes subpanel is available under Accounts by default. Can you please confirm if it is not hidden from the Admin section - Admin->Display Modules and Subpanels. If so, please enable it and also make sure if it is not hidden from the code.

In admin->display modules and subpanels (Also i Check il in the user configuration), notes subpanel is not hidden. Where si the code to make sure it’s not hidden (in suiteCRM directory and modules subdirectory?)
