Add Group in Quotes failed

Hello,
I’ve found that if you create a new quote and press 'Add Group’button to add product/service lines, the line items window don’t expand as its show in the attached image.

2nd step. If you save quote and open again, press same button now the lines items windows appears correctly.

How to configure AJAX by module in SuiteCRM7?

  1. Go to Admin > System Settings

  2. In the User Interface panel you will find a link identified with the text ‘Configure AJAX User Interface Information’.

  3. Drag and drop ‘Quotes’ from enabled to disable and this fix the problem with AJAX

When I try to add group in quotes, the script give-me some fields without names, please find attached this bug.

Please ensure permissions are set correctly on cache/include/jsLanguage/en_us.js.

I did the modifications requested by you and it’s not working, the same error, also charts reports are not working

Problem solved, it was permissions problem, I give 775 permision for all folders inside cache folder
