Add Divider between to Rows on detail and edit view page

Hey Developers,
I want to add divider between two rows on detailview and editview,
Basically I want to show section and subsection on details view.
I have tried in ditail view metadata file. but there is no luck.
Can someone tell me how can i customize metadata file and add divider between tow rows?

One of variants you can make special field with parameter function. The script can be finished with code html through command echo. Look at the post:
