Is it possible to add “Contact Name” in the cases module? The default settings allows you to link to an account number. I would like to be able to add a “Contact Name” that when clicked on, it will take the user to the contact name information. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
There is a subpanel in cases called contacts, If a record is added to that subpanel they will receive case updates (if everything else is set up correctly) and you can click through to their record
