Add chart does not work in report

Hi,
I have a problem with the charts in the report, I create the report but when I click on the “add chart” button nothing happens.
It is a custom form, I also use this version:

Version 7.10.20
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Version 344)

The only error that appears in the .log is this:

SugarBean.load_relationships, Null relationship name passed.

Which appears when I access the created report.
Can anyone help me please? Thank you.

I think this is fixed in the newer version, please consider upgrading.
