Hey Guys, i am having sort of issues that Activity Stream displays multiple times the same data, for example, if a Lead is created it will display 5/8 times it was created, anyone has a tip regarding this?

I’ve seen this in an older SugarCRM which was quite customized.
As far as I remember, it was because of some logic hooks that have been triggered by other logic hooks or a similar cascading issues.
Do you have any customizations / custom logic hooks in place by any chance?
yeah i have and that was my first thought but wanted to check if this was a common issue or not
