Within our company we use the account overview tab as the main tab to gain access to all information. One of the things we’d like to see in this overview are all past tasks, like calls. However, when we add a phonecall with status ‘held’ it doesn’t show up in the accountoverview (it does show up when we go to the calls tab). I have been looking and looking but not be able to figure this out - quite clearly it’s a filter on the activitiespart on the accountoverview but where I can change that is beyond me.
Help will be immensely appreciated.
