My company is currently testing SuiteCRM - and the sales guys are in love with the application. We’re still in testing and one of my sales guys has reported an issue to me. He noticed that when you convert a Lead to an Account, the activity history doesn’t follow them. So immediately, I remembered that there was a setting in the Admin section that allowed me to choose between Move, Copy, and Do Nothing with the activity records during lead conversion.
I have confirmed that this setting is currently set to “Copy” yet when a lead is converted - no history moves. What could be the problem?
