Activate/diactevate Portal (Joomla) Users via SuiteCRM

I have a question with AOP. I installed and connected the AOP on my website (Joomla) and SuiteCRM (version 7.7). Next, I activated user via SueteCRM (Contacts module) at Joomla. User created/activated correctly. Now, I want to deactivate that User via SuiteCRM with “Disable Portal User” button and User not deactivated at Joomla, it still active.
If anyone knows how to solve it, please tell me.

Please write more on this issue. Are you use AOP?

No, I don’t use it at the moment but I have in the past, was working. What I’m asking you is to check your webserver logs to see if there’s something logging when you’re clicking that button
