I try to create a action menu like on the demo suitecrm http://suitecrm.com/suitedemo/

I don’t find the option in Configure Module Menu Filters how to make it
and in admin/System Settings/Display actions within menus turn on

we run Version 7.1.1
Sugar Version 6.5.16 (Build 1082)
