If I add all 960 Accounts to a Target List, Apache ps goes up to 100% for hours. After killing the process a few Accounts ar added to the Target List. With Contacts it works with no problem very fast. We don’t have this Problem on the Sugar CE installation.
Sounds like a performance issue on the server. I’d recommend you check the php and sugarcrm/suitecrm log files for more information.
