Accounts not showing

When we use the Address book function or Archive, it doesn’t seem to pull any accounts up.
Using Office 2010 on Win 7

There have been considerable updates to the plug-in recently and version 1.1.0.7 should address many issues.

Please try the latest plug-in, which can be found on GitHub or the Extensions Directory.

Thanks, however cannot install new version, as previous one fails to uninstall. Any idea how to remove manually?

Hi Mark,

Ensure you have closed Outlook, navigate to Control Panel/Uninstall Programs. Uninstall the plug-in. Then run the setup.exe to install again, and open Outlook.
