We have a weird issue with SuiteCRM v7.13. We have created a PDF template using the Cases module fields. We want to display some fields from the related accounts.
So, we used Accounts: Account Name: from the Insert Fields dropdown and selected name, billing state, etc. for the PDF template.
But, when we download the PDF; we just see field name in the PDF like $account_name_billing_address_c_city. But, it is displaying the opportunity modules field in the PDF.
What is the problem? How to fix it? Where to look at?
