Whenever I select a report to have a main group, the report just gives me a blank screen. If I change the Main Group to none, the report run’s fine, but not grouped by any field. Anyway to find out what’s going wrong? There’s nothing in the log.
Do you use MS SQL Server? We do get fatal errors in the log for grouped queries, but otherwise the symptoms are similar.
I am trying to debug the queries for SQL Server, but I find that even on the demo site (http://sdemo.suiteondemand.com), the grouping options are buggy. I can group opportunities by amount but not by account name, for example.
