7.02 to 7.10 Upgrade Wizard Post Install Blank Screen

Did a second attempt to upgrade 5 minutes ago and I kept getting the attached blank screen.

This happens on the fourth step of the upgrade process, Commit Upgrade.

Hi freelancer,

Please ensure you have the correct permissions set. Are there any errors in your sugarcrm.log? Can you turn on error reporting to see the errors on-screen?

Hi Will,

I’m on a shared hosting, so I’ll need to request the php.ini from my provider.

No error from the sugarcrm.log.

Permissions as following:

		Recursively change folder & file permission for Cache to 755.
		Recursively change 755 for other files and 775 for other folders.
	
		In config.php
		
		Change From
			'dir_mode' => 1528,
			'file_mode' => 432,
		
		To
			'dir_mode' => 1533,
			'file_mode' => 446,
