500 Internal server error - can't append to prod.log

Tried to install from web, but keep receiving 500 Internal Server Error.

Tried cli install, getting the following error: SuiteCRM Silent Install

In StreamHandler.php line 110:

The stream or file “/var/www/suitecrm/logs/prod/prod.log” could not be opened in append mode: Failed to open stream: Permission denied

I followed the install instructions for 8.1 to the letter, running on Apache, MariaDB and php8.0. I cannot get it to work.

[SOLVED] I reverted to a previous image and re worked the setup. Don’t know what did it, but I got it working.
