Q 1) What is the difference between contacts and Accounts that are in sales menu?
Q 2) What are the steps to add group in SuiteCRM? As I want to add contacts/accounts with group name “abc group”.

The account module consists of companies. In Contacts you can add individual persons. Doesn’t matter if they are private contacts or employees of a costumer.

There is a relationship between these two modules.

So you can say this contact is a member of this company. And this account include these and these employees.
